Tegan is based between Nottingham and Derby, and will travel throughout the East Midlands to carry out treatments.
Having ridden and owned horses for nearly 20yrs, Tegan has experience around horses and ponies of all types, temperaments and ages. Tegan has competed mainly in Show Jumping, but also in both Dressage and Eventing, so has an understanding of the demands of such disciplines on the horse’s body.
Tegan has a BSc (Hons) in Equine Therapy and Rehabilitation at Warwickshire College which has given her a significant insight into both rehabilitation and injury prevention, meaning that she doesn’t only offer a treatment, but is also able to offer post treatment recommendations that may benefit your horse/pony between treatments.
Tegan has an Equine Sports and Remedial Massage Diploma, having trained with Gilliyan Carter-Morgan of Equi-Therapy, gaining experience through a portfolio that was carried out over several months.
Tegan is also a fully qualified McTimoney Animal Manipulation Practitioner, having gained the qualification through completing an MSc in Animal Manipulation with the McTimoney College of Chiropractic. This allows her to offer skeletal manipulation using Chiropractic techniques which have been adapted for use on animals.
