Cancellations

It is understandable and inevitable that sometimes circumstances mean that you may need to cancel your appointment. Unfortunately last minute cancellations leave spaces that can be difficult to fill at short notice, and this can have a huge impact on my business.

Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will therefore be subject to a charge of up to the full price of a treatment (at my discretion).

I try to be as understanding as possible when circumstances are unavoidable, and I am incredibly grateful to those of you that are able to give me plenty of notice.
